Alma, Wisconsin is right on the banks of the Mississippi, so it makes sense that most of the images we have feature the Mighty Mississippi. The character and growth of the city has been tied to the river, the surrounding bluffs, and the shipping industry. Alma is officially two streets wide, Main Street and Second Street, but we’d argue that the river itself is an honorary Main Street as well.
