At Recollection Wisconsin, genealogy is really about stories. Stories of families, neighborhoods, communities, and everyday life in Wisconsin. Through photographs, newspapers, yearbooks, city directories, maps, oral histories, military records, and other historical materials contributed by libraries, museums, archives, and historical societies across the state, researchers can uncover connections to people and places from Wisconsin’s past.
