Primary support for Recollection Wisconsin in FY23 (July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023) is provided by Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds administered by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and distributed to WiLS by Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS).
